At YOGA Studio 21 we see yoga as a life practice that can start at any time and at any age. We offer very inclusive sessions to welcome everyone with or without previous experience. We will guide and support you step by step from the beginning.

YOGA Studio 21 has its foundations on the ancient Hatha practice. We have designed a range of yoga sessions that combine breathing techniques, poses and short meditations to suit your mood and body in different ways.
We offer a variety of weekly sessions to support your health and well-being in a very friendly and cosy environment: Early Bird Flow, Gentle Yoga, Yoga Basics, Dynamic Flow, Lunch Express, Prenatal and Candle Eve. Our sessions are trauma-informed and open to all levels!
